Taylored Expressions Sketch Challenge #129

Happy Tuesday Everyone!!

I'm starting off the week (yesterday I was at the farm, so today is my version of a Monday!) with another TE Sketch Challenge! I haven't participated in these challenges in awhile, things keep coming up, but I'm finaly back at it! I love these weekly challenges! They give you a sketch for your imagination to play with and for me, that's half the battle!! This is this week's challenge sketch:

And here is my take on the sketch!

I used PTI Kraft CS for my card base, new MME DP and the stamp set is from PTI as well

My sentiment was stamped in Versamark ink and stamped on to a tag cut out from my Spellbinders tag die

I just love this image..so fun!! I topped off my card with a bow made from True Black ribbon (PTI) and Vintage True Black buttons also from PTI. And that's my project for this week's challenge! If you are interested in playing along, you still have time!! Sketch challenge closes this Friday..so get crafting everyone!!!

Have a great Tuesday and Happy Crafting everyone!!

Taylored Expressions Sketch Challenge #90

Happy Wednesday Everyone!!

A new week and a new Taylored Expressions sketch challenge!! I love opportunities like these which stretch your imagination and allow you to mix things up from your usual techniques or styles!! And with that, here is this weeks' sketch..

And here is my submission for this week..

I went with Making Memories' beautiful new Mistletoe paper line, (if you haven't invested in this line yet I highly recommend you do! SO beautiful!!) For my stamped image and sentiment, I went with Taylors' own Wings of Joy stamp set.. I fell in love with this set when it was revealed as it holds unlimited possibilites!!!
After coloring in my image with Copics, I added some Liquid Applique to the snow as well as Star Dust Stickles..
So, what do you think? I'd love to hear your feedback!!! I'm off to enjoy my Wednesday evening..and I hope you are too!
Happy Crafting!

Taylored Expressions Sketch Challenge #89

NOTE *This is my 2nd post of the day, so make sure to scroll down after reading this!!*

Happy Halloween Everyone!

This is my first entry in the Taylored Expressions Sketch Challenges and I had so much fun participating!! I thought since it was Halloween, I would submit one last Halloween card for the year :) So, here is the sketch...

And here is my submission! I used Waltzingmouse stamps for the images (let me just say these images are amazing!)

All patterned paper is from Martha Stewart, Ribbon from Papertry Ink and the sentiment tag and star are from Making Memories...

I stamped the images in PTI's True Black ink, then used Lime Stickles for the witches brew to give it a little *pop*! I used Versamark to stamp her "magic" coming from her finger and then heat embossed it with clear Filigree embossing powder

And because I just can't resist showing off my niece again (see 1st post from earlier today for more).. I give you the sweetest little 14 month old bunny ever...

Happy Halloween Everyone!!
